Corporate Counsel

Click Therapeutics is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This role involves managing the full commercial contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and consulting agreements, and BAAs. The Corporate Counsel will also support the CLO in overseeing Click's privacy program, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other privacy laws, and advising the business on emerging legal and regulatory issues related to AI.
