LVT is seeking a Corporate Counsel to oversee its commercial contracting processes, ensuring efficient and legally sound agreements across the company's expanding operations. This role is integral to LVT's mission of delivering AI-driven, actionable intelligence for site security and operations. The position is based at LVT's headquarters in American Fork, Utah.

As Corporate Counsel, you will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts such as SaaS agreements, hardware deployments, professional services, vendor procurement, reseller structures, and NDAs. You will collaborate closely with sales, procurement, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless deal execution and operational alignment. Additionally, you will work with the Contract Analyst to build and scale efficient contract management workflows, leveraging emerging AI legal tools to modernize legal operations.

The ideal candidate will hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and maintain an active bar admission in good standing. You should have at least 4 years of experience focusing on high-volume, sophisticated commercial contract review, drafting, and negotiation. Expertise in technology-driven agreements, particularly SaaS, hardware-as-a-service, channel partner architectures, and complex procurement frameworks, is essential. Experience with global data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and intellectual property considerations as they intersect with technology and SaaS platforms is also required.
