Netradyne is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our legal team, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs. This role is integral to our mission of revolutionizing the transportation ecosystem through advanced AI and edge computing technologies. As a leader in fleet safety solutions experiencing rapid growth, we are looking for a dedicated legal professional to support our expanding operations.

The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, both large and small, with a keen understanding of when to advocate zealously and when to seek compromise. This role requires managing multiple demands under tight deadlines, providing legal counsel to sales team members and managers on diverse legal issues, and ensuring compliance across various aspects of the business, including operations, privacy, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctorate and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a law firm setting. Essential qualifications include demonstrated critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills, professional internal skills such as patience, discretion, and confidentiality, excellent organization and time management abilities, and a detail-oriented approach with strong writing skills.

The compensation package for this position includes a salary range of $200,000 to $250,000, eligibility for an annual bonus, and equity options. Additional benefits encompass generous company-paid health care, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their dependents, three health care plan options with FSA and HSA options, PTO and sick leave, a 401(K) plan with company matching, disability and life insurance benefits, and a $50 phone stipend per pay period.
