Corporate Counsel, Risk

Palmetto Clean Technology is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Risk to join their legal team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves managing the company's litigation matters, including pre-litigation disputes, active lawsuits, arbitrations, and similar escalated disputes from inception through resolution. The Corporate Counsel will also proactively manage regulatory investigations and inquiries, such as attorney general investigations and contractor’s board complaints, by finding resolutions to such investigations and forging relationships with applicable regulatory offices. Additionally, the role includes managing insurance claims from filing and discovery through resolution, partnering with insurance and risk teams to create transparent and streamlined claims processes.
