Silverado, a leader in memory care services, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its Risk & Legal Affairs Department at the Irvine, California headquarters. The Corporate Counsel will be part of a collaborative legal and risk team supporting Silverado's healthcare operations nationwide.

The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including vendor contracts, referral relationships, medical director agreements, and leases. Additionally, the role involves advising on federal and state healthcare regulations, providing discovery support for litigation, handling subpoenas and records requests, and promoting a culture of compliance and accountability within the organization.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and be admitted to a State Bar in any jurisdiction, with California preferred. The position requires 5-7 years of experience as a licensed attorney, including at least 2-3 years in healthcare and/or transactional law, either in-house or within a law firm. Experience in the assisted living and/or hospice industry is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a practical, results-oriented approach are essential.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 annually.
