As Corporate Counsel, you will ensure that the company conducts its business in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Your responsibilities will include supporting corporate governance matters, managing legal entity affairs, and leading the adoption and optimization of legal technology tools. You will also provide counsel on legal matters, draft and review a broad range of commercial agreements, and support international growth and expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree plus a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a state bar, preferably New York. With 5-7+ years of directly related work experience, you should have a proven ability to implement policies and projects across an international organization. A commercial mindset, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a creative approach to problem-solving are essential.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $200,000 USD, along with a bonus program for full-time team members.
