As a Corporate Energy Lawyer at Chapman Tripp, you will join a highly regarded legal team in Auckland dedicated to shaping the future of New Zealand’s energy sector. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of post-qualification experience in corporate or energy law, with a strong academic background and proven ability to manage sophisticated legal work. Experience advising on large-scale transactions, regulatory compliance, and commercial negotiations in the energy sector is preferred. You should possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate sound commercial judgment.
