Corporate Governance Coordinator (Bangkok-based, 6-months Contract)
Agoda, a leading online travel agency and part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a Corporate Governance Coordinator for a 6-month contract based in Bangkok. This role is situated within Agoda's dynamic Legal team, which is known for its proactive approach to complex and time-sensitive challenges. The team collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure the company's legal and governance processes are efficiently managed.
As a Corporate Governance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating director and senior-level signatures for corporate documents, both physical and electronic. Your duties will include tracking signature requests, supporting routine governance tasks such as organizing documents and maintaining entity records, and providing administrative support for notarization and legalization processes. Additionally, you will assist in keeping governance files and repositories up to date and well-organized, and provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Governance team, including meeting coordination for directors and notaries.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or similar roles. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required, and familiarity with e-signature tools like DocuSign is a plus. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary due to the international nature of the role.
