Corporate Lawyer
Al Dibel L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join their legal team in Hyderabad, India. This role involves providing comprehensive legal counsel across various aspects of corporate law, including governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's legal needs and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts and agreements, managing mergers and acquisitions with a focus on due diligence and transaction documentation, and advising on intellectual property rights and protection strategies. The Corporate Lawyer will also ensure compliance with Indian corporate laws and regulations, collaborate with internal departments to mitigate legal risks and resolve disputes, and stay updated on changes in corporate law to implement necessary adjustments to company policies. Additionally, the role involves representing the company in legal proceedings and negotiations when required.
Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in India, with membership in the Bar Council of India. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and compliance, is required. Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws and regulations, expertise in corporate law, securities law, intellectual property law, and employment law, as well as excellent legal research and writing skills, are essential. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication abilities, proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills, proficiency in contract drafting and review, and an in-depth understanding of corporate governance principles. Experience with legal software and databases, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also important.
