Corporate Lawyer

Messagepoint is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The Corporate Lawyer will play a pivotal role in ensuring our business operations comply with legal standards and will provide strategic legal advice to support our growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements. You will also oversee corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will provide legal guidance on intellectual property issues, data privacy concerns, and employment law matters as they arise.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be a member in good standing of the bar association. A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the technology sector, is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.
