The Corporate Legal Operations Associate will provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support to the Legal team. Key responsibilities include managing document organization, overseeing project tracking, reviewing and drafting contracts, assisting with corporate governance tasks such as entity filings and registrations, and preparing presentations and communications for both internal and external stakeholders. This position requires close collaboration with various departments and external counsel to facilitate efficient legal operations.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative or paralegal experience, preferably within a fast-paced law firm or corporate legal department. Essential qualifications include the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational abilities, proficiency in drafting and executing legal documents, and excellent writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is also required.
