Corporate Paralegal

Fivetran is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join its expanding Legal team. This role is integral to supporting the Corporate Legal function, reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel (Corporate). The ideal candidate will possess substantial transactional experience and the capability to independently develop and implement corporate processes, including policy creation and record management. As part of a small team within a rapidly growing organization, the candidate should demonstrate sound judgment in handling complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate matters and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
