Corporate Paralegal

Mainspring Energy is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its expanding Legal team. This role is integral to supporting the company's corporate governance, securities, and financing activities, as well as legal operations and other strategic corporate matters. The Corporate Paralegal will collaborate closely with the General Counsel and other Legal team members, and will regularly partner with Finance, HR, and other departments across the organization.
