Counsel - APAC

Authentic Brands Group (Authentic) is seeking a Counsel to join their Shanghai office, focusing on fashion, entertainment, and media licensing within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role involves close collaboration with Authentic's APAC Business Development and Brand Management teams to manage and negotiate intellectual property (IP) licensing agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with applicable laws. The Counsel will report directly to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel - APAC, based in Shanghai.
