Court Support Lead
The Court Support Lead at ABC Legal Services is an entry-level management position responsible for guiding a team involved in court support operations. In this role, the Court Support Lead will oversee daily team operations, including scheduling, timecard management, and workload distribution. They will monitor workflows to ensure timely retrieval and processing of court documents from courts nationwide. The Lead will serve as an escalation point for complex court inquiries, document retrieval issues, and operational challenges. Additionally, they will develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role or demonstrated leadership abilities within logistics. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Advanced knowledge of Skye, particularly related to Sheriffs/Partners, is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from $43,000 to $54,000, depending on location.
