Creative eLearning Developer
Tenable, Inc. is seeking a Creative eLearning Developer to join their team. This role is integral to the Services Portfolio, focusing on designing and building interactive training services. The position combines multimedia/video design, graphic design, and technical writing to create comprehensive training materials. The Creative eLearning Developer will be responsible for transforming technical subject matter into polished, field-ready courses, videos, and collateral for various platforms, including websites, presentations, classrooms, and e-learning environments.
In this role, the developer will engage in multimedia and video design, editing video and audio into final training deliverables, translating storyboards into technical infographics and animated sequences, and creating 2-D and 3-D graphics and video animations for course and presentation content. They will also handle graphic design and brand management by creating and maintaining templates for presentations, documents, and animations, contributing to style guides, designing presentation layouts, and supporting brand evolution initiatives. Technical writing responsibilities include writing and editing scripts, voiceover text, captions, and on-screen callouts, maintaining technical and course documentation, and evaluating existing content for clarity and engagement. Additionally, the developer will author interactive learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate, package courses to SCORM/xAPI standards, publish to the LMS, and ensure accessibility compliance.
The ideal candidate should have experience in multimedia and video design, graphic design, and technical writing. Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate is essential. Strong skills in video and audio editing, 2-D and 3-D graphics creation, and video animation are required.
