CRM Specialist - Brazil
BetWarrior is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brazil. As a next-generation digital gaming company, we aim to redefine sports betting and casino entertainment across Latin America. This role is integral to our mission, focusing on enhancing customer engagement through personalized and efficient CRM strategies.
The CRM Specialist will implement advanced personalization strategies to deliver relevant and timely content to customers, aligning with their preferences. Responsibilities include establishing target audiences, creating campaigns using our CRM and marketing tools, and leveraging real-time data to optimize processes. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to coordinate effective campaign implementation.
The ideal candidate has experience executing CRM, automation, and retention strategies. Native Portuguese proficiency is essential, along with fluency in English and at least intermediate Spanish. A data-driven mindset focused on improving KPIs, proficiency in tools like Optimove, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with the customer lifecycle are required. Experience in iGaming, e-commerce, or subscription businesses, and advanced knowledge of Excel are advantageous.
