CRO Manager
United Tech is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to enhance and optimize web funnels, aiming to attract users and boost activation rates. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with analytics, development, and product teams to make a significant impact on key user journeys. This role offers the opportunity to experiment with A/B tests, analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar, and implement innovative ideas.
Key responsibilities include analyzing website pages and funnels to identify areas for improvement, supporting the creation and optimization of landing pages, planning and executing A/B tests from hypothesis to analysis, utilizing web analytics tools to understand user behavior, generating data-driven hypotheses to improve conversion rates, conducting competitor and user research to better understand audience needs, and collaborating with user acquisition, product, and development teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in CRO, product, digital marketing, design, or a related field. A basic understanding of CRO principles and UX/UI fundamentals is essential, along with comfort in working with data and a motivation to enhance analytical skills. Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar is required. An interest in A/B testing and experimentation, coupled with a proactive and curious attitude, is highly valued. Effective task management and prioritization in a dynamic environment are also important. Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, both written and spoken, is necessary.
