Familiarity with both CeFi and DeFi ecosystems is essential, along with hands-on experience using trading platforms, APIs, and smart contracts. Excellent analytical skills, a rigorous approach to risk management, and proficiency in Python or another programming language commonly used in trading are required. Prior experience designing or optimizing trading strategies is a significant advantage.
