Key responsibilities include verifying the accuracy and completeness of borrower customer data, conducting contract signings in accordance with company procedures, and performing field visits or surveys to customers' offices to verify information and maintain service quality. The role also involves providing an excellent customer experience through professional interaction and responsive service, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer onboarding and contract processes.
Candidates should possess a minimum SMK/SMA/Diploma degree in any major. Preferably, they should have experience in customer service, field surveys, or credit administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with being detail-oriented, honest, and responsible. The role requires a willingness to work in the field and travel to customer locations, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and possessing a valid driving license (SIM C/A) is an advantage. Additionally, candidates should have a valid STNK and motorcycle number plate, an active smartphone and cellphone number, and familiarity with the Jabodetabek and surrounding areas.
