Customer Growth & Lifecycle Marketer
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Customer Growth & Lifecycle Marketer to develop and implement customer marketing strategies focused on post-sale engagement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and drive growth. The position is based in San Francisco, CA.
Key responsibilities include building the customer marketing strategy from the ground up, managing the email channel end-to-end, partnering with Customer Advocacy to scale customer champions, reinforcing best practices across the customer base, designing and managing lifecycle architecture, ensuring alignment of customer messaging with product priorities, developing repeatable processes for campaign execution, and serving as the internal owner and advocate for customer marketing programs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, a strong understanding of customer marketing, deep experience in architecting multi-channel customer engagement journeys in a B2B/B2G context, comfort working with product usage data, experience supporting or partnering closely with Customer Success or Advocacy teams, familiarity with AI-native tools, strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and a data-driven mindset.
The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $205,000 annually, with additional benefits, equity, and potential bonuses.
