As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Tipalti, you will lead the implementation of our cloud-based accounts payable automation and global payments solutions. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, guiding them through the technical integration process, and becoming a trusted advisor throughout their journey with Tipalti.

Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, tasks, and development efforts to keep customers on track and exceed expectations. You will deliver exceptional service, provide expert problem-solving assistance during technical integrations, and contribute to our internal knowledge base by capturing lessons learned and empowering colleagues.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, with over four years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success with SaaS applications. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment. A passion for customer service and proactive solution identification is highly valued.
