Customer Onboarding Specialist
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at MarqVision, you will play a critical role in shaping the initial experience of new clients with our brand protection platform. Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams, you will assess client needs, configure our tools to align with their enforcement goals, and ensure a seamless transition to our operations team. This position is based in Seoul, Korea, and requires daily communication with both Korean-based teams and global stakeholders.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting pre-sales assessments with Account Executives and clients, defining the scope of brand protection services, and recommending appropriate service packages based on client needs. You will guide clients through the onboarding process, gather requirements, and clearly communicate next steps. Additionally, you will build and improve internal process documentation, manage a pipeline of onboarding requests across multiple global regions, and coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Strong organizational skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously across different time zones. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is mandatory for this role.
