Customer Service Advisor - Nights Team
Capital on Tap is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our Nights Team, providing essential support to our small business customers during overnight hours. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective assistance, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts. Your duties will include resolving issues efficiently, taking full ownership of each case from start to finish, and delivering clear, practical solutions. Staying up to date with our products and policies will be essential to provide accurate guidance, and you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by suggesting process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, preferably within a call center or financial services environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with sound judgment and confidence in managing complex or sensitive customer inquiries. A proactive attitude, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment are key attributes for success in this position.
