Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Scheduler Location: Mérida, Mexico (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Overview We are hiring Schedulers to join a fast-paced healthcare customer service team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, empathetic professionals who can manage schedules efficiently while delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage Match staffing needs based on availability and client requirements Handle schedule updates, changes, and urgent requests in real time Communicate with staff and clients to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate records and documentation Support inbound customer service calls when needed
Requirements
6 months–1 year of experience in scheduling, customer service, or similar roles (healthcare preferred) Advanced English (9–10 level) Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and attention to detail High adaptability and customer-focused mindset
Schedule & Training
4 days on / 3 days off (Monday–Sunday shifts) Operating hours: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST 2 weeks paid training (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST)
