About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and service‑oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cali. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring inquiries are resolved with professionalism and empathy. This role requires bilingual communication skills (English C1) and prior experience in customer service within BPO environments.
Key Responsibilities -Communication Management: Handle high‑volume inbound/outbound call queues and manage customer service emails/tickets. -Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve access or submission issues. -Outreach: Conduct provider and member outreach calls as assigned. -Inquiry Research: Research and follow up on bills, balance billing issues, and claim‑related inquiries. -Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation in all applicable systems.
** Must-Have Requirements** Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service within BPO environments.
Languages: English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
Availability Monday to Friday, with shifts assigned between 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
