Customer Service Representative (full-time)

Wolt is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our Support team in Tirana, Albania. As a rapidly expanding technology company operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, Wolt focuses on delivering a wide range of products and services to local communities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer experiences.

In this position, you will communicate with customers via live chat and phone, ensuring that delivery operations run smoothly. You will also collaborate with the support team and other departments to develop and improve our support functions.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills with a personal touch, a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Albanian and professional proficiency in English are required. Candidates must be located in Tirana and available to work in rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
