Customer Service Representative (Remote)
ABC Legal Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the national leader in service of process, we have been providing exceptional legal support services for over 30 years. Our team of over 1,000 professionals operates across multiple offices, including Los Angeles, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Brooklyn, Chicago, and Washington D.C., with our headquarters in Seattle. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering efficient and reliable legal services nationwide.
In this position, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include responding to support tickets, managing high-volume phone calls, assisting customers with existing orders, and guiding new customers through the online order placement process. Additionally, you will handle email communications, document issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, along with 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and maintain composure in high-pressure situations. A typing speed of at least 55 words per minute is also required.
