Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be an integral part of the Operations team, working directly with healthcare professionals to implement and support Dozee's innovative health monitoring technology.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations at hospitals to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Dozee's device. You will oversee the installation process, provide troubleshooting support, and perform site assessments to communicate device requirements to the remote team. Training healthcare professionals, such as nurses and doctors, as well as patients, on the use of the Dozee device and the patient monitoring dashboard will be a key aspect of your daily activities. Additionally, you will coordinate with the remote team, offering detailed updates on activities conducted during site visits, and assist in ad hoc operational tasks as required.
The ideal candidate should possess a graduation or diploma in Science or ITI, with 0-2 years of field operations or field sales experience in the healthcare or hospital industry. A willingness to travel within the city and work inside hospital wards, including occasional night shifts, is essential. Strong communication skills and fluency in local languages are required, and prior experience working with nurses or doctors is preferred. A basic understanding of operating a computer is also necessary.
