Customer Success Engineer, Robotics Software and Automation

Intrinsic, an AI robotics group at Google, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to collaborate closely with customers in delivering complex robotic automation systems. This role involves working with a dynamic team of engineers, roboticists, designers, and technologists dedicated to advancing industrial robotics through AI, perception, and simulation.

In this position, you will partner with customers to design and implement industrial robotic automation solutions, ensuring successful deployment and long-term success. Your responsibilities include conceptualizing new solutions, guiding customers in applying Intrinsic's products, and maintaining clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with experience in delivering industrial automation solutions. Proficiency in C++ and/or Python is required, and a willingness to travel domestically within North America is essential.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $132,000 to $180,400, complemented by a 15% bonus, equity, and benefits.
