We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our clients turn creative experimentation into measurable business outcomes.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them maximize the value of Shook’s platform and production capabilities.

You will work closely with performance marketing teams to plan creative testing, analyze results, and guide the production of short-video ads across multiple markets and platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and operational execution.

Your mission is to help clients turn creative chaos into structured learning and scalable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Strategy & Partnership

• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner

• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ performance goals, marketing strategies, and media ecosystems

• Provide guidance on creative strategy, testing frameworks, and performance marketing best practices

• Frequently meet your key customers across Europe in person

Creative & Performance Optimization

• Analyze campaign and creative performance data to identify trends and actionable insights
