Customer Success Manager

The role involves proactive account management, collaboration with internal teams, and fostering strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities include renewing and expanding customer accounts by anticipating needs, recommending additional products and services, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The Customer Success Manager will also work closely with the Expansion Sales team to identify and qualify expansion opportunities, facilitate product implementations with senior client stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
Ideal candidates should have experience in enterprise-level account management, preferably within a SaaS environment, and be proficient in sales CRM applications such as Salesforce. Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a solution-centric mindset are essential.
