The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role at AlphaSense is pivotal in ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes from their investment in our platform. As a member of the Strategic team, the CSM will focus on deep engagement and account-level influence within a select group of 8-12 strategic financial services accounts. This position requires a proactive, consultative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and values collaboration.

Key responsibilities include acting as the account expert, navigating and influencing multiple business units to drive product adoption and business outcomes. The CSM will lead sophisticated dialogues on technical topics such as APIs, large language models, and integrations, transforming AlphaSense into an embedded, mission-critical business partner. Additionally, the role involves commanding virtual and in-person meetings, leading high-stakes executive workshops, and conducting onsite sessions with senior-level stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role, with financial services experience being a plus. They should possess a proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes. Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with excellent communication abilities and a data-driven mindset, are essential. The candidate should also be comfortable using data to inform decisions and be able to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.

AlphaSense offers a competitive base compensation range of $80,000 to $95,000 USD, with potential for performance-based bonuses, equity participation, and a generous benefits program.
