Customer Success Manager – Legal Operations
SpotDraft is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team focused on legal operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our contract lifecycle management solutions. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and drive successful adoption of our platform.
Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, implementing our product to align with their workflows, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless integration. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate integrations, manage cadences, and oversee successful go-lives, ultimately fostering strong client relationships and encouraging renewals.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer success or account management, preferably within the legal tech industry. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Experience with contract management processes and familiarity with legal operations will be advantageous.
