Customer Success Manager (US)
Nanonets is a leading AI platform specializing in automating complex business processes across industries such as finance, healthcare, and supply chain. The company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clients fully realize the value of Nanonets' solutions, from initial deployment through ongoing operations.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, and driving product adoption. Your primary objective will be to maintain high customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for expansion, and proactively address any operational challenges. Collaboration with internal teams, including Account Managers and Product Engineers, will be essential to align customer needs with Nanonets' offerings.
Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously. A solid understanding of software integrations and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences will be beneficial.
The compensation package includes a base salary range of $130,000 to $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience and location. Additional benefits encompass comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as life and disability insurance.
