Job Title: Support Specialist
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Location: Remote. Full-time
Compensation: $1,000/month
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot common issues and provide clear guidance to customers
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
- Escalate complex issues when necessary while providing accurate documentation
- Maintain records of interactions and track customer feedback
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer support or service desk roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional, courteous, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with a distributed team
- Plus: Familiarity with Google Sheets for basic reporting or data tracking
