Data Analyst (Mensch) P&G
As a Data Analyst at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, directly influencing the strategic direction of our client projects. Collaborating closely with our client, Procter & Gamble (P&G), you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining advanced reporting systems and dashboards that drive data-informed decisions.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing, creating, and maintaining operational reports and dashboards, primarily utilizing Excel, macros, and Power BI. You will automate existing reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, you will develop and refine complex Power BI dashboards, incorporating robust data models and interactive visualizations to meet evolving business needs.
To excel in this role, you should possess extensive experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, particularly in dashboard design and DAX application. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation solutions, is essential. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to data integrity are crucial. Effective communication skills are necessary to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in German (B2 level) and English (C1 level) is required for professional communication.
