This hands-on role requires active participation in the development and maintenance of data models and platforms.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in managing data teams, including hiring and professional development. A strong technical background is essential, with expertise in one area of the data stack and proficiency in others. The ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions, a proactive approach to ownership and impact, and experience leveraging AI tools in data processes are highly valued. Familiarity with reporting that requires reconciliation, experience in B2B products within insurance or fintech, and exposure to working across multiple country markets are advantageous.
