MetTel is seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our team in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering invoices from vendors by calling and requesting them, inserting billing data into the expense management system, and ensuring detailed data entry. Additional duties include completing required account-level changes within the system, downloading invoices from vendor portals, and maintaining confidentiality of information.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of data entry experience, with a background in utilities or telecommunications being a plus. Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and MS Teams, as well as experience with web portals, is essential. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks, and a positive can-do attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

The pay rate for this position is $11.50 per hour. Compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities of the successful candidate.
