Deals & Promotions Program Manager

We are seeking a proactive and organized Deals & Promotions Program Manager to optimize our restaurant promotions and deals processes. In this pivotal role, you will streamline operations, manage campaigns, and foster collaborations with internal and external stakeholders. As our business expands, the need for a dedicated team member to innovate and optimize our deals framework becomes integral to our sustained success.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing local and countrywide discount campaigns, serving as the primary contact for promo and campaign-related topics within the account management organization, and collaborating with marketing to manage in-app visibility. You will lead platform-wide promo campaigns by preparing and communicating briefs, creating lead lists, tracking progress, and conducting post-campaign analyses. Additionally, you will develop data-based promo recommendations and guidelines, ensure promotions are effectively displayed on our Discovery page, experiment with automated communications to streamline processes, and work closely with product teams to refine and enhance the deals process.
The ideal candidate has experience in project management, operations, or a similar role with a focus on process optimization. Proficiency in project management tools like or similar platforms is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach are crucial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are required. Strong presentation skills, fluency in English, and at least B1 level proficiency in German are necessary. Knowledge of analytical dashboards such as Looker or Power BI and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets are also important.
