As a Delivery Courier at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our Courier Operations team, responsible for ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to deliver orders accurately and promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service. You will handle various types of deliveries, including food and packages, ensuring that each item reaches its destination in excellent condition. Adhering to traffic regulations and food safety guidelines is essential, as is managing inventory and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of your delivery vehicle.
To succeed as a Delivery Courier at Wolt, you should possess a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and reliable driving abilities. Familiarity with the local area is beneficial, and proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level is required. Additionally, you must have a functioning smartphone with a data connection, a valid email address, and a vehicle (car, bike, e-bike, motorcycle, or scooter) that meets local regulations. A valid driving license is necessary if your chosen vehicle requires one.
Wolt offers competitive earnings, with compensation based on per-task completion. Each task is priced to ensure that compensation for 60 minutes of delivery is at least €12. We provide a delivery bag and safety equipment free of charge.
