Key responsibilities include enhancing prospecting efforts within sales outreach tools by building and refining sequences, managing target lists, and ensuring accurate data flow between systems. The strategist will develop and maintain performance reports to track sales effectiveness, ensure data integrity across platforms, and identify opportunities for system optimization. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with marketing to align on target accounts, facilitating communication between teams, and proactively informing stakeholders of progress and challenges.
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing operations, with proficiency in using sales outreach tools for prospecting and sequence building. Experience with CRM systems, including data syncing and campaign building, is essential. The role requires strong analytical skills for developing reports and providing actionable insights, as well as experience in ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. Familiarity with marketing and sales alignment strategies and cross-functional collaboration is also important.
