The Deployment Manager (Client Services) at EvolutionIQ is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the company's AI-powered claims guidance platform to enterprise clients. This role is integral to the Client Services team, ensuring that complex implementations are managed effectively while serving as a trusted partner to both internal leadership and client-side executives. Key responsibilities include overseeing the full lifecycle of software implementations, from project kickoff to go-live and transition to steady-state support. The Deployment Manager will build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Additionally, the role involves developing strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as both a strategic advisor and operational lead throughout the engagement.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or client-facing delivery roles within enterprise SaaS environments. A proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and strong experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders are essential. Exceptional project management skills, the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language, and experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams are also required.

The compensation package includes a base salary range of $170,000 to $185,000, with flexibility depending on a candidate’s background and experience.
