The role also involves assisting customers with payment services, explaining the bank's financial services, maintaining good relationships with customers, performing related administrative tasks, and ensuring that delinquent customers receive visits from collectors and warning letters as necessary.

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma Degree. Strong experience in the Desk Collection field, preferably in the banking or financial industry, is advantageous. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, a target-oriented mindset, discipline, and the capability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
