Desktop Support Specialist
Koley Jessen, a dynamic law firm based in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our dedicated IT team. Since our founding in 1988, we have grown to over 100 attorneys and 200 employees, providing comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele. In this role, the Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The specialist will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. Additionally, the role involves setting up and configuring new hardware, installing and updating software packages, and creating and maintaining documentation of IT processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, along with excellent problem-solving skills. A minimum of two years of experience in a desktop support role is required. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. The candidate should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
