Formlabs is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead their DevOps Engineering Team in Budapest, Hungary. This team is dedicated to building and maintaining a unified, efficient, and scalable platform for engineering operations, enhancing productivity, collaboration, and innovation by equipping software engineers with state-of-the-art tools, infrastructure, and processes.

The DevOps Manager will oversee the operation, maintenance, and security of Formlabs’ cloud infrastructure. They will develop and promote software engineering tools such as build systems, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD frameworks, establish standardized engineering processes across teams, and implement monitoring, analytics, and reporting for products, engineering tools, and infrastructure. Additionally, they will create and maintain technical documentation and provide training for engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading engineers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a deep passion for enabling teams to deliver better software faster. They should possess expertise in modern build systems, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD practices, exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in driving continuous improvement in engineering tools and processes, proficiency in creating and maintaining clear technical documentation, and a commitment to fostering a culture of quality and collaboration are also essential.
