Hyphen Connect is at the forefront of developing a foundational platform for the next generation of the internet, focusing on decentralized AI agents. Our mission is to empower developers to create autonomous, on-chain intelligence that is transparent and ownerless. As the DevRel / Growth lead, you will serve as the bridge between our core protocol and the global developer community, translating complex technical concepts into accessible, high-impact growth initiatives.
In this role, you will produce high-quality technical documentation, deep-dive tutorials, and code samples that demonstrate how to build and deploy AI agents on our platform. You will represent the project at global hackathons, conferences, and developer meetups, acting as the "face" of the protocol and onboarding the next wave of builders. Additionally, you will identify friction points in the developer journey and collaborate with the product team to optimize documentation, SDKs, and onboarding flows. Engaging actively with developers on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and GitHub to troubleshoot technical challenges and gather feedback for the product roadmap is also a key aspect of this position. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other Web3 and AI projects to create co-marketing opportunities and cross-protocol integrations.
The ideal candidate possesses the rare ability to understand complex AI and blockchain architectures and explain them simply to a diverse audience. You should be comfortable jumping into a repository and writing scripts in JavaScript or Python to demonstrate new features or fix community-reported bugs. Thriving in social environments, whether it's a 48-hour hackathon or a technical AMA, and genuinely enjoying helping others succeed are essential traits. Beyond caring about "good code," you should be passionate about increasing the number of developers successfully deploying agents and scaling that number effectively.
Requirements for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience in Developer Relations (DevRel), Technical Marketing, or Community Engineering. Strong coding proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python is essential. A solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including smart contracts, decentralized identity, or L1/L2 dynamics, is required. Prior experience or a deep interest in Artificial Intelligence, such as LLMs, autonomous agents, or decentralized compute, is highly valued. Excellent public speaking skills and a willingness to travel to global industry events are also necessary.
