Digital Customer Success Intern
The Digital Customer Success Intern at KnowBe4 is a hybrid role based in Clearwater, Florida, designed to provide hands-on experience in digital customer engagement within a leading cybersecurity company. This 12-week internship, running from January 25th to April 16th, 2027, offers an opportunity to work closely with the Digital Customer Success Managers, Renewal Specialists, and cross-functional teams to enhance customer adoption and value realization of KnowBe4's security awareness training and phishing simulation platform.
Interns will be actively involved in executing digital campaigns, maintaining audience segments, and monitoring campaign performance metrics. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation and quality review of targeted email journeys, updating contact and engagement records, analyzing campaign data, and preparing customer-facing content. Additionally, interns will support inbound requests for enablement, ensure content aligns with brand standards, and contribute to internal process improvements.
Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong interest in digital customer engagement and SaaS environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential. A passion for cybersecurity and a proactive approach to learning are highly valued.
This paid internship offers a comprehensive onboarding experience, professional development workshops, and team-building activities. Interns will gain exposure to senior executives through 'Ask Me Anything' sessions and have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that add value to the organization. Successful interns may be considered for full-time Digital Customer Success roles upon completion of the program.
