The Digital & eCommerce Graphic Designer at Pattern is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across marketplaces, brand stores, digital campaigns, and marketing materials for the Australian market. This role requires a deep understanding of how design influences performance, particularly within eCommerce environments such as Amazon, where visuals play a critical role in conversion. The designer will collaborate closely with strategists, marketing specialists, and account teams to bring campaigns and product stories to life through compelling design.

Key responsibilities include designing high-converting Amazon product image sets, developing Amazon A+ Content modules, creating and updating Amazon Brand Stores, and designing comparison charts and product feature graphics. The designer will ensure all designs meet Amazon’s image requirements and platform guidelines, support new product launches with full image and visual asset sets, conduct competitor visual analysis to identify design trends and opportunities, and maintain brand consistency across marketplace assets.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in graphic or digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce, digital, or marketplace work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential, along with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling. The ability to design conversion-focused product imagery, excellent attention to detail, and strong collaboration and communication skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience designing for Amazon marketplaces, understanding of eCommerce conversion principles, experience working with consumer brands or retail clients, video editing skills, and knowledge of marketplace image requirements and policies.
