As a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Programmatic Advertising within the Entertainment sector at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our programmatic initiatives and ensuring their effective execution for our clients. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign results, deriving optimization measures, and ensuring continuously optimized setups in Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs). Collaborating closely with specialists and external partners in an international environment, you will contribute to the development of best practices and strategies for programmatic advertising, ensuring that performance goals are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Science, or a comparable qualification, along with more than 1-2 years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on programmatic advertising. Proficiency in the digital media landscape, including DSPs, data, inventories, and ad & audience verification technologies, is essential. Strong data analysis and optimization skills, excellent communication abilities in both German and English, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are also required.
